"Mike was not able to generate a correct policy for me after I provided all the information. He asked me to send copies of DLs for all the drivers to be on the policy, I emailed him what is asked, he generated a policy for 2 drivers though I provided him with 4 drivers. I cancelled the policy, then I kept getting calls to renew it, when I answered their call once, they had no idea about our previous conversations and emails. I told them I will renew it if you can provide policy for 4 drivers, based on the DLs emailed, since then (at least 2 months ago) no communication happened. They sound like they are excited on top of it, though they can not track the policy request."
